Settle into a chair or cushion and be guided through short, soothing meditations with gentle music. No experience needed. Just bring yourself. Our experienced meditation facilitators hold a warm, welcoming space where busy minds soften and something lighter begins to emerge. Come along and relax! You’ll leave clearer, calmer and quietly reset. Sometimes the most powerful show at the Fringe is the one happening within. Free 45 minute retreat.
