Will just got his first car at 33. There's nowhere to park it. When a private spot opens up on his Jersey City block, five neighbours make a silent calculation: whoever gets it gets the life they've been putting off. What follows is sabotage, catfishing and a traffic cone with the moral authority of the Geneva Convention.
