About the show

Sam, obsessed with stars and stuck in middle-of-nowhere British Columbia, is given an out-of-this world opportunity the night of her 14th birthday. An alien (who looks suspiciously like her missing mother) visits and promises a whirlwind adventure with deadly repercussions. Escape isn’t easy, and sometimes you have to blast off in order to survive. If you want your mother to hold you, if you want your current life to go up in flames, or if you want the kind of revenge that puts people in jail, this is the show for you.
